Brass Handled Edwardian Pram
The centre of attention
My most treasured pram i think, this was purchased from Grantham in Lincolnshire, eight years ago now, one of the most prettiest prams i have seen, from this age....
huge 26 x 24 wheels, although the outside of the carriage has been re-painted , not by myself, the interior is original, as is the hood, being the old duck cloth...
but i love to use her, with a nice vintage shawl draped as in the picture, really heavy to push, as the handle which sweeps right under the carriage, is solid brass,in the barley twist design…..i was told not to polish the handle by Hilary Kaye from the roadshow as the brass has a nice
patina to it...

I had to really reduce my collection, and this wonderful pram now has a new owner, but i am sure she won,t mind me still showing it off?
